3 грудня — International Day of Disabled Persons. Purpose, for which that day was proclaimed, — This human rights and participation of disabled people in society.
According to the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, 2 millions 670 thousands of citizens of Ukraine are nepovnosprani person, of them 88 thousands have mental disabilities. In our society, people with disabilities and their families often feel lonely and cast.
